Cantine again

Food! I got thon a la niçoise, a salad with tomato, shredded celery root and carrots, and meringue with creme anglaise. Anytime there is a dessert with meringue, someone can't help but bring up albumen...













I thought it was interesting that the pizza had an egg baked onto it. Apparently this is not always the case though.
